The Caffè Mocha has 35 grams of sugar and 15 grams of fat. HEALTHY STARBUCKS DRINK ORDER: CHAI TEA LATTE There is currently a windchill of 27 degrees here in Houston, Texas IN MARCH All I can think about is a warm drink. An order of the salted caramel Frappuccino. That’s because one grande order of this drink completely takes over your entire daily sugar intake. Nutrition in a grande: 420 cal, 5g pro, 67g carb, 1g fiber, 63g sugars, 15g fat (10 g sat fat), 360mg sodium. I’m not sure if it was the cool green color of this drink or the fact that is was something new and different that made me jump into this drink but I am so glad I did. 13 Not-So-Healthy - Caffè Mocha (takes over an entire daily sugar intake) Starbucks is not kidding when they say that this drink will satisfy your sweet tooth. ![]() I cannot resist trying a new healthy Starbucks drink order. ![]()
